Sunshine on a bleak day

It was a bleak morning in Cottesloe. We all rugged up for our morning walks and to head to our regular coffee spots.

The early ray of sunshine came today when I received a sms from GlassRoad who was in the area. With my other half we then headed to the beach and a great catch up, almost exactly 12 months to the day of our last meeting with Glassroad and Languedoc Daily at the same spot .

This sculpture on Marine Parade is one of the photographed spots on Marine Parade. No prizes for guessing who the photographer was, visiting us from the Hills just outside of Perth.

A really great morning.
