Walking

The pie was splendid and the left overs have been put in a suitably labelled bag in the freezer to start the next one, whenever that might be. We realized that this one was probably started in August last year with some Harveys bitter that we acquired in Sussex.

However, whilst reading Fergus Henderson's excellent Nose to Tail Eating book last night we have decided that we need to start making some Trotter Gear as well. That sounds like a fine thing.

Many of our conversations revolve around food.

Anna had a pile of work to read this afternoon so I went for a walk down by the river. It was good to see so many people outside making the most of the weather.

Roast pork shoulder for dinner.
