MonoMonday Challenge: Mailbox

**** Warning: Grumpy Old Man ahead ****

This is my mailbox. As you can see, it's on the bottom half of a 'stable' type door. And the top half is open. So why, oh why, does the paperboy stick the paper halfway through the box? I mean, he could have just dropped it over the top! OK, so today it doesn't matter really, but what about those days when the top half is closed? And it's raining? We get a paper which is half dry, half soggy. And when you're on holiday, you can stop the normal paper but what about the free papers? You can't stop them, so it's a clear indication the house is empty. If I get burgled, it's coming out of his pocket money!
