Mill

"Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left." Matthew 24:41

Today's picture is at a friend's house where we went to collect some things. They have a working watermill which now makes electricity for them. It is very hypnotic watching something like this going round and round.

Today's Bible verse is taken from a passage that is talking about the end times. The preceding part in chapter 24 was talking about the signs of the end times, but this part is telling us that the day and the hour is unknown. It likens this to when Noah got into the ark, until the moment when the floods came the people did not know what was going to happen, even though they had been warned about it. We have been warned that Jesus is coming again, are we ready for it?
