Sunny Leaves

Dog walk this evening took us through the woods. I was hoping it had dried out - but there were still a few boggy bits on the path which makes keeping upright a bit of a challenge!

The leaf canopy is quite thick now and it seems dark in there especially after walking in bright light to get there.

In some places the sun breaks through to make a few leaves shine - I like the way it helps to reveal their delicate structure. I also like the multiple layers and the shadows cast from the layers above.
