Living in Brabant

The other man's grass is always greener

A lovely, sunny afternoon, R's course had finished earlier than expected, so we strolled into town.

To commemorate the start of the footie, a row of local cafe's had sponsored turf being laid outside their terraces.

The road is mainly pedestrianized, certainly no cars allowed, but is regularly used by cyclists.
This afternoon, they were all politely asked to dismount their bikes. Except for one lone cyclist, they all obediently complied.

Here's a choon, my dad was a great fan of Petula Clark.
Have a good weekend, lovely Blippers!
