Post-exam relaxation

Afer a horrendous journey to Cambridge, which took nearly two hours and involved a lot of stationary traffic, Ben arrived at his exam with five minutes to spare. We'd tried to stay calm, but I suspect we'd both experienced a rising sense of panic, trying to negotiate the grid-locked streets of the city. And we've got to do it again on Monday morning!

After the exam was over, we took the opportunity to visit the Botanic Gardens and sat and relaxed in the sun next to the fountains, before walking slowly to the cafe for cool drinks and cake. It was really lovely to spend time with Ben, and chat with him about all sorts of things. These exams have been such a positive experience - amazing what a difference a year can make.
