and throw!

Today was the local Athletics club interclub sports day. They were all very busy running, jumping and throwing and like all good competitions(?) they all got a commonwealth medal.

This wee fella was putting his heart and soul into throwing his foam javelin. Make sure you spot the tail end of the javelin disappearing out of shot.

A warm day with enough wind to keep the midgies away. Off now to get ready for another few days at the quarry. See you later in the week with some quarry back blips
