Bike Fest

Dead center is Crazy Larry, an icon of Banff. He is exuberant, slightly crazy, wonderful man that shows his community support whenever possible. Although he won the costume race (he dresses slightly less crazy than this on a regular basis) he turned around to cheer Liam on as he crossed the finish line.
