Blipper Blipping?

Out for a wander this afternoon and the skies turned very grey. Was this guy trying to get a picture before the rain came? Was this his daily Blip maybe? Who knows...
Sure enough the rain did come and we were forced to turn back. Probably best in the circumstances; I was uncomfortable and very slow after walking for 20 mins!
