A "Rowable" Classic

Maybe I should post this as a “what is it?”

Our crazy Canadian neighbor ordered this double wooden shell for display at his place on the island - it arrived in Seattle, WA today after traveling uncovered on a trailer across the country from it’s home in Maine. It’s a 1948 cedar Sims shell, made in England - filthy dirty, missing foot stretchers, and badly needing a new coat of varnish. 2 sliding seats (from different boats) arrived separately ( we haven't opened those boxes) , riggers and 2 sets of old wooden oars came with the shipment. Our job is to transport it to Canada when we go next sunday. I don’t think we will be rowing her. :-)

Oh well, I think she is pretty unique...
