What's green lives in a purple tree?

Well nothing... Since this is just a small purple flower. But it looks like a tree, doesn't it? ;-)

In reality, this grasshopper is less than a 1/2 long. Fortunately it stayed still while I moved in close, as I had to move in really close to get a shot of this tiny bugger! Bigger bugger.
