Surprise!

The pigeons were on the rooftop opposite our living room. These two were having frequent spats. Either side of them were two other pigeons. Am guessing that these two were males, as when they weren't fighting, they were parading around showing their tailfeathers to the others.

Took nearly 90 minutes to do the 20 mile journey home, not even sure what was causing the traffic mayhem.

It was the icing on the cake of a long day with some students being more challenging than normal and me not having the energy or frankly the desire to do anything. I have plodded through sludge, metaphorically speaking.

Went straight to bed when I got in and had an hour or so of dozing. This feels like I am heading into a more rapid decline now with pain AND fatigue back in bucketloads.

Consultant next Friday - he is going to get it both barrels, with full meltdown - to be fair, it's not going to take much to cause that scenario to become real!
