Ciabatta Rolls with Garlic and Sundried Tomato

There are some days when I want fresh bread but don't want to spend too long making it. And this is one of those days, as it's sunny and warm and I want to be out in the garden. So a good compromise was to use a ciabatta packet mix, and add a squidge of sundried tomato paste plus a sachet of Very Lazy Garlic paste.

2 minutes mixing, 10 minutes kneading and pummelling, then 30 mins for proving and another 30 mins for baking - and I was happily employed outside during the last two processes. So an hour and a quarter from start to finish - job done!

They have a nice crisp crust and felt very light when I took them out, so am anticipating good results - should be nice warmed up on the barbecue this evening!
