I think this look is carrying the salad meals too far : there must be a happy medium.

In fact so off putting was it to His Lordship and me as we passed this shop window today, that we made a bee line for the nearest coffee shop to combat any tendency to emulate the look, although it is scientifically interesting to know that underneath our comfortable girths there lies a construction of bones such as this.
