Easy Rider

Sometimes an opportunity to take a shot is very fleeting. This guy on his mobility 3 wheeler appeared from the crowded London street and was past me in a flash.

I had no choice but to shoot from the hip, literally!

He was something out of a 1970's Hollywood road film, cow-horn handle bars, extended mirrors, straw hat, shades, goatee and long flowing grey hair. The cool image may have been let down a little with is thermos mug and spare paper cups attached to the handle bars.

I needed to 'tweak' the image a lot to make it worth showing but what can you expect when you've got your camera swinging in your hand beside your hips?

Good to see he is supporting the Poppy Appeal.
