"Oh, you gotta work it out"

Another day another work out! Look at me working out two days in a row, thinking I am great! In fairness I was wrecked before I even started working out due to my run last night. Oh, did I mention I ran last night? No? Well I did! Ha! Anyways, whilst I'm feeling active and hitting the gym I might as well write about it cause it won't last. Today I managed a run and a pumped and sculpt class. How do I decide how much weight I put on my barbell? I have to match or better the person who has the most weights! I am so competitive like that. Even if I do myself damage I will be lifting the heaviest weights there! Go big or go home! More weight? There are no more weights!
