Cinnamon Square

This afternoon I'm at Cinnamon Square bakery and cafe in Rickmansworth for their Sourdough Masterclass. I know it's going to be good, because I've already been to their classes on Bread Making and Italian Bread and Pizza. Paul, the bakery owner, is a great teacher who combines his technical know-how with real enthusiasm and fun, so that none of it seems difficult.

And in our break during the evening, there'll be one of their famous award-winning Ricky Sticky Buns to sample - a fair reward for all that hard work in kneading, stretching and pummelling the different doughs we'll be working with!
