In A Meeting

"I'm sorry, she can't take your call, she's in a meeting!"

I flew to San Francisco today and when I arrived I met a friend for dinner. It was a beautiful sunny evening along the coast and we drove south to Princeton-by-the-Sea on the northern end of Half Moon Bay. This picture is from Pillar Point Marina.

We had a delicious meal at Seville Tapas, while watching the sunset. Their website gives this information about Princeton-by-the-Sea:

Just 30 minutes from San Francisco and 10 minutes from Half Moon Bay, Princeton Harbor, whose streets are named after famous colleges, was built in 1908 to serve the tourists who rode the Ocean Shore railroad from the city to explore our beaches.
Once the haunt of both rumrunners and the Prohibition Agents tracking them, it is now home to one of the largest fishing fleets in Northern California, and fresh fish, crab, salmon and squid are available to purchase right from the boats. There are also charters for whale watching or fishing, a public fishing pier, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals, and a marina protected by a beautiful rock breakwater.
