Hornsey Town Hall .....

was completed in 1935 and was the first major UK building to be constructed in the 'modernist style'.
Had some spare time in Crouch End today whilst waiting for my car to be serviced so thought I'd go take some shots of this famous building. Don't you just hate it when someone gets in the way of your photo. Anyway he didn't seem to be in a hurry to move!
