Not Soil

This is the sort of piles that are all over the place at the moment.

Since the cooncil had virtually no salt they have been spreading a black grit. It means that all piles of melting 'snow' look like (and are gradually turning into) piles of soil...... filled with rubbish.

And we know that it is just going to be left for the weather to redistribute it all.
