After the rain

Well, what did we expect - it's Wimbledon, it's Glastonbury, it's England in June! The torrential rain earlier this afternoon left my lawn decorated with petals. These are all from one of the tall Verbascums - luckily, they have many more flowers still to open. Off to a garden party in a few minutes - oh dear!!
