Kraftwerk am Kochelsee

That's Power Station at Kochelsee.

We tried to go wandering in the mountains today. It was a good idea in theory. In reality, every time we got out of the car, it started to pour with rain. And so we visited things instead.

We went to the Franz Marc Museum in Kochel but were quite disappointed that it didn't feature more of his stuff but it did have a lot of Baselitz. Oddly the thing we all liked the best was the little room with the massive window.

We also visited the hydro power station. It's quite old and it was quite interesting to see the turbine room.

Afterwards we chanced a walk when we found a bit of sunshine. It rained shortly thereafter.
