I took this photo in the late afternoon in my back green. I like the strength and clarity of line in winter trees against the sky...and rows of tenement chimney pots are for me an iconic Edinburgh image. I think the natural symmetry of the tree sits well against the man made symmetry of the pots...first day on my bike today in a month, hopefully a return to the wheels will extend my range of subjects!
