Roux

Chatted most of the morning away then made a fish pie for dinner. This is the roux for the parsley sauce. I never use this method at home, always use Delia's "all in one" method. And there's always a debate about which is better!

This evening we saw the last night of "One Man, Two Guvnors" which was excellent. I missed it in Edinburgh.
