Alo' again

Two weeks and the little asparagus sprout now looks like this.

Allotment this morning, early. More club-root evident, possibly because we have allowed the wild rocket to run rampant. We will have to observe strict hygiene, even with tiny cruciferous weeds like the shepherds purse. Also we will have to dump a load of lime into the soil.

Still. Onwards and upwards, eh?
