Ram’ifications

Meak title I know but I couldn’t resist!
I doubt I will run in this field. I did 10k yesterday and went back for a blip today.
Work has been work, the H&S issue is nearly resolved but of course we are now dealing with the extra activity to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Waiting for Chris to get back from Wales, he left at 5am and should be home sometime after 8pm, until then I think I might have a glass of wine!
