Victoria Harbour

Another lovely day.. Managed to find a great place for another large breakfast after a good nights sleep. Went whale watching with Springtide Whale Tours in he morning . We were suited up and taken out in a zodiac inflatable which was great fun. Lovely views of snowy peaks in the USA (Mount Olympus in Washington State I think ) and managed to spend an hour watching a large pod of Orca whales just off the San Juan Islands. No decent photos though which was a wee shame ..

Wandered about Victoria this pm - lots of interesting wee shops and a sort of bohemian slightly 60s feel to the place. Lots of sea planes taking off from the Harbour. Also visited Beacon Hill Park. Very peasant with great views of the sea and the Olympic Mountains in Washington State.
