Sarah in the tea leaves!

Driving down to Kampala from Jinja today with Eric (Alex's other driver) we passed by lush vegetation including plantain, sweet bananas, cassava, maize, sugar cane which grows much taller than me, sweet potatoes all growing in the family gardens. Well - all except the sugar cane which is grown on an industrial scale. And next to the sugar cane came.....the tea plantations, which are also big business. And with my love of tea, I had to stop for Eric to take a photo!
I hope you can see I am making a "T" with my fingers - not a rude sign!
