A "New" Car

Son Alex and Daughter-in-Law, Hannah are visiting us this weekend. They have come over from Nelson to take delivery of a new car. Well, not quite new…..very old in fact and in desperately need of work. Friends of theirs brought the car up on a trailer from Christchurch. The friends are Retro-Car buffs too.
Alex works for a company that restores classic cars. He is a very skilled craftsman. He needs to be if he is going to restore this old classic Vauxhall Viva. He is the sort of guy who enjoys a challenge….. This little challenge will occupy any spare hours for a considerable time. In the meantime the old car has been left in our car-port, sigh, until Alex and Hannah bring a trailer over from Nelson in order to take it away for restoration.
