Day Lily

My Day Lilies are looking beautiful at the moment, I love their fiery colour tones. It is part of a plant my brother gave me last year and it's really looking good.
A mixture of sunshine and showers today, I went to the nursery where my sons partner helps out and bought some more perennial's to fill the spaces where the poppies are as they are now coming to an end, they've been exceptionally lovely, a shame their flowering season is all but finished.
Weather permitting, I should be taking my granddaughter to a local nature reserve tomorrow, so hopefully I will have lots of nice pictures to choose from for my blip.
