You ever get the feeling......

.....that something is watching you? Well, we were at the Skansen Zoo and were trying to spot some Lynx in their enclosure but to no avail, we just thought it was too hot for them to be out. But then some movement in a tree a few meters away caught our eye, and there, reclining in the tree top was this lovely Lynx. I'm not sure how long he had been watching us but it was quite spooky. However he seemed to be very interested in the small children running around, not sure why probably just wanted to play with them but not in a healthy way I would guess.

Some 75 different species and breeds of Scandinavian animals are represented at Skansen – more than anywhere else. There are traditional breeds of cows, pigs, horses, sheep and goats, geese, hens and ducks. And there are wild animals such as brown bears, wolves, seals, lynx, wolverines and elks. There is a children’s zoo where visitors can meet goats, cats, chicks and other small animals.

I'm not a big fan of Zoo's but I have to say all the animals had loads of space and looked completely at home, I would have blipped some bear pics but every time we went to see them they were completely crashed out, so just big lumps of fur.
