Burgos: wet day on Paseo del Espolón

Paseo del Espolón is my favourite street in Burgos. Usually it's full of elderly people sipping drinks on the terrace, little children playing in the fountain and people strolling up and down the street, not in a hurry to go anywhere. Today when I walked through on the way to church, there was not a soul to be seen, as it was wet and dreary and also the fiestas have ended. Quite a contrast compared to the scorching sun and busy streets of Valladolid yesterday!
