Chocolate-dipped shortbread biscuits!

This afternoon, we made shortbread biscuits and dipped them in chocolate ganache. Delicious! The niña really loved rolling out the biscuits and baking them. I made creamy hot chocolate out of the remaining ganache in the pot -soooo yummy!! We also made 'stained glass window' biscuits, with boiled sweets for the centre, à la Mary Berry. These didn't turn out very pretty, but they were fun to make and tasted good!
