Wings and Rotors

The day started with the sound of helicopters, lots of them. We always get this living in reasonable proximity to Silverstone on the weekend of the Bristish Grand Prix. If the internet is to be believed, it becomes the world's busiest heliport for the day.

With the school term rapidly coming to a close and our holiday with the girls just a couple of weeks away, it was time for a bit of clothes shopping. Only took a couple of hours and everyone ended up happy so that was a good result. I (Chris) then watched the Grand Prix, another great result. SPeaking of good results, Annie was working all day on a support call, it got fixed in the end.

Lots of sunshine in the back garden and plenty of detail to capture. Not sure what variety this is but it stood still long enough for a few shots.
