The Return

It has taken the best part of this week for the birds to return after our time away, but today the blue tits came back! They must have found another source of food somewhere else! So chaffinches, blackbirds, robins, sparrows, great tits and the woodpecker have now all re-established themselves with us.
Ladies Finals at Wimbledon this afternoon - but it was over so quickly there was plenty of time to plant out some late zinnias and beans, and enjoy being out in the sunshine!
