Not going anywhere!

Yesterday the A650 which runs through Bingley was closed due to those lovely bikes - today the road was open but I didn't need to worry about practicing my panning technique as the cars weren't going anywhere fast!
This is my entry for Mono Monday 'Road's hosted by gingernan - taken through the sides of the Millennium Bridge.
