Loved the bokeh and the highighting of the pollen on his proboscis. I took ones that were more focussed on the proboscis but overall like the effect of this one - and the eye stands out better here too.

I went to watch our students playing at the National Area School tournament today. They're doing extremely well. We're always proud of them but their sportsmanship is really standing out at the moment.

I'm off to fly up to Auckland now for a work conference - sounds like its going to be an incredibly bumpy trip. I don't like the look of their weather up there!
