I started to clear another border this morning, but did not get much done as the District nurse arrived to dress the GOG’s wound.

Victoria came to work for me this afternoon, she had other things to do this morning. Victoria can clear faster than I can pull the nettles and weeds out so while waiting for a barrow load, she raked the grass cuttings from the top lawn, which the GOG had cut the other day using the ride-on mower, with the collecting box off. She can be seen here with a barrow load of dried grass.

The steel workers are due to start work again tomorrow, I shall not hold my breath!
