River of Flowers

Point Lynas, Anglesey

Dental check up this morning, then I wandered homewards via Llaneilian where I took today's blip. This is a very sheltered and pretty bay where my brothers and I spent endless summer days as children. We would clamber around the rocks, beachcombing and taking turns on the kayak. Today it was not very summery, the photo was taken in the rain - we had heavy thundery showers for a few hours.

On the headland is Point Lynas Lighthouse which is no longer in operation but is now a family home and the cottages are holiday accommodation. I'm dedicating this blip to fellow blipper Beewriter who will be visiting here in a few weeks time.
