Team 1 at the Equator

Team 1 has now safely arrived - first Nick from UK then 6 American volunteers who have come to be part of the water drilling programme in the mornings and joining the rest of our programme at all other times. They had a long journey from Oklahoma, involving 4 flights and getting in to Entebbe at 11pm last night. So we took it gently on the bus journey to Rukungiri - a further 8 hours of travel but with some nice stops including a visit to a cultural museum and this photo opportunity at the Equator.
Then a bumpy but beautiful bus ride to the hilly green countryside around Rukungiri. It's "awesome" as the Americans say - and I really have to agree!
