reading on the north circular

A rather grungy photo today in comparison with yesterdays. I was working late tonight and thought at least the traffic would have improved by the time I left, but how wrong I was. Spent about an hour in a traffic jam on the north circular. Spotted this chap in the middle of the road reading. Rather strange place to sit with cars going by close on either side and there didn't appear to be any work going on in the road.
