The Diet of Worms?

I ought to add I knew Rockall about it, other than name & had to search it.

His Nibbs wasn't overly keen on the seed we'd been using, electing to leave any Sunflower seeds in black jackets.
Next came the "One-up-manship" diet, with the seeds pre-hulled.
I know the starlings go mad for Mealworms & buy them from time to time, this time I tried some in His Lordship's bucket ... "They went like snow off a dyke", to such an extent that he now stays longer and is happier with us moving around inside.
