Balloon rockets tomorrow.

Grateful to Kieran, Jo, Vanessa and Neil for rallying round me this morning when I had a major acute pain incident and almost collapsed. The closest thing I have ever felt to that was labour pain. An hour later, after snoozing in my office, and crying with embarrassment, I was back to normal.

If that happens again, it's ambulance time because it's beyond a joke and utterly terrifying.
