Double Trouble

It rained a good share of the day today, but it was ok as Court had volunteered to help at her church this morning, so we played with the girls while she was gone! I was told I was "the greatest storyteller ever"!! Haha! Thank goodness they're only 5! After their swim class we drove about 45 minutes away to go to the "Enchanted Forest" (rides for children) only to find it had closed a half hour earlier due to the intermittent thunder storms! So had to resort to the back -up plan: Chuck E. Cheese--Tom's & my least favorite place in the entire universe--but they had fun! It's the only place in the world where people happily pay $20 so that their children can put tokens in broken machines & the kids are excited to end up with a couple pieces of candy! Stopped for dinner on the way home, which is where I took this! They were getting tired & it was getting hard to stop the bickering that started mid dinner, so time to get them home to bed! Grandma & Grandpa plan to turn in early as well, as we're beat!! Chuck E. Cheese did us in!! Haha! :))
