Finishing Off The Hub

Today was the final day that we would be helping out with the development of the Education Hub. To be as useful as possible and not become a hinderance, team work was paramount, which can be seen in the picture here. It was exhausting work - for them. I took measurements, I am after all, an architect. (assistant). They were required to fit a certain number of bits of furniture in to the hub - x amount of beds, x amount of desk, x amount of sofas etc. Although the amount of room had been quite overestimated! So I took on the job of trying to work out a plan to fit everything in, which required rearranging some of the layout, which quite frankly didn't make much sense anyhow. (Walking through a bedroom to get to another bedroom etc). It was a great experience and I had great fun doing it, working alongside friendly and enthusiastic Gambian colleagues.
