Beata and A.

An unexpected pleasure today was dinner with J, M, M and D at Grek Zorba's in Augustow. Perhaps we will be able to repeat the experience fairly soon. The world is so small.

The restaurant was on television again yesterday in a programme with Magda Gessler who is a famous name in food in Poland. We all enjoyed the food and the service was good too. We have known Beata and her husband Christos since about the time when they started in about 1995. I hadn't seen Beata for quite a while and it was nice to find a smile and a willing subject.
