Cinderella

Made it home just before midnight and realised she needed a blip!
Lovely evening - filled with laughs and the tears stayed at bay.
Had to leave earlier than everyone else -45 minute drive home and the knowledge that parts of the motorway would be shut (I was right!) meant that I needed to go. I am hoping nobody was offended by my lack of goodbyes ...I gave the main man a hug and was squeezed half to bits, which almost tipped me over the edge, but not quite.
Now, wine and bed.
