First time for everything

A bit of Heath Robinson-esque jiggery pokery and my solar filter is not attached to my telescope.

I have much to learn.

This is my first attempt - sunspots and all. The sunspots are the black bits. I have also spotted some sensor dust but the cleaning process is for another time.

I am officially cream crackered. I am going to lie down!
