The Repulse Bay

We have had the most wonderful day ... down on the south of HK island.

We took Jess to lunch at the famous Verandah Restaurant in the Repulse Bay which is run by the Peninsula. Went with some other friends too and all of us thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

Then took some photos outside as the whole area is extremely picturesque. Many couples have their wedding photos here in the grounds and if they can afford it, their reception too.

When we first arrived in HK, we lived here on the 32nd floor of the tallest part ... For about 3 1/2 weeks, whilst we found out where we would be living in DB.

It's a lovely part of HK, but I DEFINITELY prefer Discovery Bay.

Headed further to Stanley markets so we/Jess could do some more shopping for our own upcoming holiday which is soon approaching.
